Boston, United States, April 2025 – Danielle Sahlin has joined Electra Vehicles, Inc. as the Vice President of People, bringing over a decade of dynamic HR leadership experience across fast-growing technology and cybersecurity firms. In her new role, Danielle will spearhead people strategy, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives to support Electra’s mission of accelerating a sustainable, electric future through advanced battery intelligence.
Before joining Electra Vehicles, Danielle Sahlin served as VP of People & Culture at Trigger – The XR Agency, where she drove cultural transformation, people operations, and leadership coaching across immersive tech teams. Prior to that, she was Director of Human Resources at Bishop Fox, where she built and scaled HR and talent acquisition functions globally, overseeing workforce growth from 60 to over 400 employees across the US, Spain, France, Mexico, and Canada.
Earlier in her career, Danielle held senior HR leadership roles at PracticeMax, where she led the successful transition to an in-house HRIS and supported M&A growth strategies, and Lowell Observatory, where she established the HR department and implemented inclusive hiring and compliance practices. Her early efforts in designing effective HR infrastructure laid the foundation for her impactful leadership across industries.
