Her leadership has been integral to streamlining key processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement, she held a series of transformational roles at Sourcepoint, where she served as Head of Strategy, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Senior Vice President of Servicing. There, she successfully scaled operations across geographies, launched Sourcepoint University™, improved employee satisfaction scores significantly, and championed key diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Her earlier tenure includes impactful leadership roles at Nationstar Mortgage, Ocwen Financial Corporation, and Homeward Residential, Inc., where she managed global servicing operations, drove down operational costs, and enhanced service quality across international sites. Her strategic oversight of offshoring models, vendor negotiations, and employee engagement programs led to millions in annual savings and efficiency gains.
Dawn’s career began with progressive leadership roles at Option One Mortgage, ING, ADT, and GE Capital, where she laid the foundation for her deep expertise in call center operations, workforce management, Six Sigma-driven process improvement, and customer experience design.
