Houston, Texas, United States, May 2025 – Dawn S. has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Tally Energy Services, marking a significant milestone in her career in the energy and HR industries. In her new capacity, Dawn will oversee the people strategy across Tally’s expanding North American shale operations, with a focus on talent integration, culture-building, and supporting organizational growth through acquisitions and innovation.
Dawn joins Tally Energy Services after an impressive 15-year tenure at Weatherford, where she held numerous HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior HR Manager & HR Integration Lead, where she led the integration efforts for three major company acquisitions and played a critical role in HR due diligence processes. Her prior roles at Weatherford included Senior HR Manager for Global Repair & Maintenance, HR Manager for Global Supply Chain, and Global Segment HR & Talent Manager, showcasing her wide-ranging impact on multiple business units.
Earlier in her career at Weatherford, Dawn served in foundational roles such as HR Advisor, Senior HR Generalist, and Recruiting Supervisor, building deep expertise in employee engagement, HR operations, talent development, and workforce planning.
Before joining Weatherford, she worked at Kelly Services as MSP Program Manager for Weatherford and served as National Peopleclick Administrator for Baker Hughes, managing vendor relationships and process enhancements. Her early experience includes leadership and customer-facing roles at Kay Jewelers, where she developed foundational skills in team management and operations.
