Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, January 2026 — DSV – Global Transport and Logistics has appointed Deepthi Chandra as Lead Global People & Organization Business Partner, marking her transition from DB Schenker to DSV and her relocation from Singapore to Copenhagen as part of her expanded global mandate.
Deepthi Chandra joins DSV following nearly four years at DB Schenker, where she most recently served as Lead Global People & Organization Business Partner. Prior to that, she held the role of Chief People Officer, Cluster Mekong, and earlier served as People & Organization Director, APAC Regional Head Office, leading regional HR strategy, performance management, and talent leadership across Southeast Asia.
Before DB Schenker, Deepthi spent about three years with BD, first as Talent Management & Development Manager, Greater Asia, and subsequently as Human Resources Business Partner, Greater Asia, shaping leadership development, workforce capability, and organizational effectiveness across key Asian markets.
Her earlier career includes close to four years at Keppel Corporation Limited as Human Resources Manager, and nearly three years with the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) as Senior Manager, Executive Development, where she worked extensively on executive leadership programs. She also spent about four years at John Clements Consultants Pte. Ltd. as Managing Consultant – Harvard Business School Publishing, partnering on leadership and organizational development solutions across Singapore and the Philippines.
Deepthi began her career with entrepreneurial and analytical roles, including as Co-founder and Partner at Viands and Foodzone, and as Business Analyst at Tholons. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a PGDBM in Finance and Marketing from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management.
