Warrington, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Demi Halliday has been appointed as Head of Talent at ARNE, a fast-growing premium fashion brand specializing in minimalistic menswear, womenswear, and footwear. In this new role, Demi will oversee all talent acquisition and development initiatives, supporting ARNE’s ambitious growth and continuing to build a high-performing, creative workforce aligned with the brand’s vision.
Prior to her new role, Demi Halliday served as Head of People & Talent at ARNE, where she led both people strategy and talent initiatives, shaping the employee experience and strengthening ARNE’s talent foundation during a phase of rapid growth.
Before stepping into leadership at ARNE, she worked as a Senior Talent Partner and Talent Partner within the company, playing a key role in establishing innovative recruitment practices and supporting organizational expansion.
Earlier, Demi served as Recruitment Manager at Fox Group International and held Talent Partner roles at THG and Boohoo Group PLC, where she also progressed into the role of People Business Partner. Her time at Boohoo was instrumental in honing her expertise in business-focused HR services, employee development, and talent acquisition aligned with a high-growth, dynamic fashion environment.
Starting her career in recruitment support roles at Sodexo and The Apprentice Academy Manchester, Demi has built a strong foundation in talent management, workforce planning, and people strategy, which she now brings to her new leadership role at ARNE.
