With a deep background in HR leadership within the hospitality and restaurant industry, Diane brings a wealth of experience in organizational transformation, employee experience, and culture-building.
Prior to joining Alterra Mountain Company, Diane served as Chief People Officer at Shake Shack, where she played a pivotal role in scaling workforce strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and leading talent acquisition initiatives for the company’s fast-growing global footprint. Before that, she was Chief People Officer at Piada Italian Street Food, overseeing HR strategy, leadership development, and workforce expansion.
Diane’s career also includes leadership roles as Director of Human Resources at P.F. Chang’s and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, where she focused on employee relations, leadership coaching, and HR process optimization. Earlier in her career, she worked at McKesson, Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, and Aon, developing a strong foundation in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and employee benefits.
With her expertise in workforce transformation, culture building, and people-first strategies, Diane will play a key role in shaping Alterra Mountain Company’s employee experience and talent initiatives, ensuring the company continues to thrive as a leader in the global outdoor and adventure industry.
