Gurgaon, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Divya Sharma has joined Pathways School Gurgaon as the Head of Human Resources. In her new role, Divya will oversee strategic HR initiatives and foster a nurturing environment that aligns with Pathways’ mission of delivering world-class education through innovation and holistic growth.
Prior to joining Pathways School Gurgaon, Divya served as the Lead – People & Culture Team at Shiv Nadar School Noida for over four years. She excelled in talent management, training, development, and implementing the organization’s people and culture vision. Her leadership strengthened operational efficiency and enhanced the workplace culture.

Before Shiv Nadar School, Divya was a Principal Consultant at Chrom Consulting, where she successfully managed recruitment for technical and other roles while advising clients on HR policies and practices. Her tenure reflected her expertise in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Earlier in her career, Divya held the position of Human Resources Manager at Compunnel Technology India Private Limited, where she focused on employee development, grievances, and compliance. She also contributed to Baxter International Inc. as a Manager of Talent Management, and at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, she excelled in recruitment and employee engagement.
Her journey began with notable roles at EXL Service as a Manager – Human Resources and DCB Bank as an Assistant Manager – HR, where she established her foundation in employee learning, development, and conflict resolution.
