Jakarta, Indonesia, September 2024 – Djaka has been named Head of People Partner & Performance Management at MIFX, a leading Indonesian trading platform. In this role, Djaka will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end business partnering function, identifying gaps, and creating opportunities within systems to enhance collaboration and performance management. He will leverage his expertise in people management, analytics, and performance optimization to drive strategic initiatives and help MIFX deliver on its goals.
Before this role, Djaka was Head of Information Systems & PMO at MIFX for almost four years, where he oversaw complex project management across multiple teams. His leadership ensured the successful alignment of business development initiatives with organizational goals, enhancing both efficiency and performance.
Prior to joining MIFX, Djaka served as Account Director at dxtr Asia, where he built and maintained strong client relationships while delivering technical consultations on digital landscapes for over six years.
Earlier in his career, Djaka worked as a Digital Planner at Lighthouse Indonesia and as a Web Developer at Groupon Indonesia, honing his technical skills in web development, digital strategy, and project management.
