Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2026 – Sai Life Sciences Ltd has appointed Dr. B. Aparna Reddy as Associate Vice President Human Resources, further strengthening its people leadership team as the company continues its growth trajectory in the global CRDMO sector.
In her new role, Dr. B. Aparna Reddy will focus on driving organizational growth, transformation initiatives, strategic HR impact, talent management, and people-centric business practices across the organization.
Prior to joining Sai Life Sciences Ltd in this expanded leadership role, Dr. B. Aparna Reddy served as HR Head – South Asia at dsm-firmenich, where she led regional HR strategy and people initiatives across South Asia, contributing to workforce transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, she had previously been associated with Sai Life Sciences as Human Resources Director, where she played a key role in India HR operations with a strong focus on associate engagement, employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, business continuity management, and partnerships with academic institutions and industry bodies to strengthen the talent ecosystem.
Before her tenure at Sai Life Sciences, she worked with LAXAI Life Sciences as Director HR, leading strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, organizational development, change management, and M&A integration support. She also served as Associate Director – HR at GVK Biosciences, where she contributed to building talent acquisition centers of excellence and strengthening employer branding and leadership hiring initiatives.
Dr. Aparna Reddy’s earlier leadership journey includes HR roles with TMI Network, Sify Technologies, Lanco Group, and Sankhya Infotech Limited, where she gained extensive experience across HR operations, HR business partnering, talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
