Toronto, Canada, June 2026 – CGI has announced the transition of Kritika Menon into the role of Resource Manager, where she will lead talent planning and resource management initiatives for the company’s Telecommunications Business Unit and Commercial & Public Sector (CPS) business. The move reflects CGI’s continued focus on aligning workforce capabilities with evolving client and business needs across its consulting and technology operations.
In her new position, Menon will be responsible for workforce planning, talent deployment, resource optimization, and strategic talent alignment, ensuring that business units have the right capabilities available to support growth, project delivery, and client success. Her extensive background in talent acquisition and workforce strategy positions her well to bridge talent supply with organizational demand in a highly competitive technology landscape.
Menon has been part of CGI for more than four years, most recently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where she led recruitment operations across multiple business units including Telecommunications, Commercial & Public Sector, NCR (Ottawa), and Corporate Services. During this period, she played a critical role in recruiting technical and leadership talent across emerging technologies, cybersecurity, application development, project management, and business consulting.
Beyond recruitment leadership, she served as a strategic advisor to business leaders, leveraging talent market intelligence and workforce analytics to support hiring strategies and long-term talent planning. She also contributed significantly to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and held leadership roles across several internal taskforces focused on talent acquisition, project management, and emerging technologies.
Prior to CGI, Menon held recruitment and talent leadership positions with Mentor Tech Source Group, OPUSING, and Ushta Te Consultancy Services LLP, where she led large-scale hiring initiatives across North America and India. Her experience includes managing recruitment teams, developing client relationships, scaling talent acquisition functions, and supporting workforce growth across sectors including technology, telecommunications, banking, retail, engineering, and consulting.
Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in human resources through leadership roles at Ecofil and WNS Global Services, where she gained experience across talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational capability building, Menon brings a comprehensive people-centric perspective to her new role. Her transition reflects the growing strategic importance of talent planning and workforce optimization in helping organizations navigate changing business demands and evolving technology skill requirements.
