Shreerang Godbole Joins Zetwerk as CEO of Zetwerk Electronics

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Shreerang Godbole has joined Zetwerk as Chief Executive Officer – Zetwerk Electronics.Godbole brings strong experience across business transformation, operations, customer leadership, product strategy, manufacturing operations, and large-scale business execution. In his new role, he is expected to support the expansion of Zetwerk Electronics’ capabilities and strengthen its execution-led growth agenda.

Prior to joining Zetwerk, Godbole served as Global Chief Service Officer at OYO, where he led customer and partner experience across multiple geographies. During his more than 11-year journey with OYO, he held several leadership positions including Senior Vice President – Head of Product (Consumer), Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Vice President, Global Operations, VP, People Operations, VP, Operations and Business Insights, and Head, Western India.

Before OYO, Godbole worked with McKinsey & Company as Senior Associate and Junior Associate, where he contributed to strategy, transformation, and business advisory engagements.Earlier in his career, he spent over five years with ITC Limited, where he held roles across manufacturing operations, quality, training, projects, and process improvement. He led manufacturing operations at ITC’s largest cigarette factory, headed quality and training initiatives across multiple manufacturing units, and contributed to transformation and Six Sigma-led process improvement programs.

Academically, Godbole holds a PGP in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business, where he graduated on the Dean’s List and received the ISB Merit List Scholarship. He also holds a B.Tech. (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he was awarded the Institute Silver Medal for graduating at the top of his class.

With his extensive experience in scaling operations, customer success, transformation, and manufacturing-led business execution, Godbole is expected to play a key role in driving Zetwerk Electronics’ next phase of growth.
