Washington, District of Columbia, United States, December 2024 – Dr. Max Muge B. has been named Head of People Technologies, Analytics & Workforce Planning at IFC – International Finance Corporation. In this role, Dr. Max will lead critical initiatives in HR technology, workforce analytics, and strategic planning to enhance IFC’s mission of driving private-sector development in emerging markets.
Prior to this appointment, Dr. Max served as Head of People Technologies & Analytics at Arc’teryx Equipment in Vancouver, where she established and managed global teams, designed strategic data governance frameworks, and spearheaded large-scale HR systems implementations.

Dr. Max also held pivotal roles at GE Digital, where she led global people analytics teams, implemented innovative workforce planning strategies, and delivered data-driven insights to optimize HR and business decisions.
At GE, Dr. Max played a key role as People Analytics Leader and Product Manager – HR Technologies, driving advanced analytics projects and implementing robust HR systems for a global workforce of over 350,000 employees. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive experience in HR systems management, data governance, and consulting in various roles within the GE network.
Dr. Max’s career began with impactful roles in HR consulting and talent acquisition, which laid the foundation for her expertise in workforce technologies and strategic planning.
