London, United Kingdom – October 2024 – Eduardo Høidal has been appointed as the Corporate Head of People & Culture at Global Maritime, a leading maritime and offshore engineering firm. In this role, Eduardo will oversee HR strategies that align with Global Maritime’s organizational goals, focusing on talent management, culture development, and employee engagement across global locations.
Prior to joining Global Maritime, Eduardo Høidal served as Human Resources Manager at Nexans for over four years. He was responsible for supporting HR operations, driving HR initiatives across multiple sites, and contributing to strategic HR planning.
Before his tenure at Nexans, Eduardo was an HR Business Partner at TechnipFMC for approximately 3.5 years, where he collaborated with managers to tailor HR solutions and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
Eduardo also served as a People Partner at Forsys Subsea, supporting a joint venture between Technip and FMC Technologies. He focused on front-end engineering, business development, and personnel management during the pre-merger phase of TechnipFMC.
His earlier experience at Technip includes roles such as Head of Recruitment and HR Advisor, where he managed recruitment processes, developed talent acquisition strategies, and implemented HR policies that supported organizational growth.
