United States, July 2024 – Edward Wilde has started his new role as the Vice President Human Resources at PCI Federal Services, marking a significant step in his distinguished career in human resources and organizational performance.
Edward Wilde brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational leadership to his new position at PCI Federal Services. Before joining PCI Federal Services, Edward served as the Chief Human Resources & Chief Performance Officer at Lenderworks. In this role, he led overall organizational performance management, strategy, and human resources functions, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and efficiency.
Prior to Lenderworks, Edward was the CHRO & Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at The Midtown Group. He reported directly to the CEO and managed human resources, operations, accounting, IT, marketing, proposal management, and legal departments for a rapidly growing government contracting and staffing firm.
His extensive experience also includes his tenure as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Chief Administrative Officer at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation. Edward led a team responsible for managing human resources, customer engagement, facilities, administration, corporate communication, and charitable giving in a high-growth environment.
Edward spent nearly a decade at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT), now a division of KBR, where he served as the Senior Director Human Resources. During this time, he led recruiting, training, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, performance management, compensation, and labor relations for over 3,000 government contracting employees nationwide. His leadership was instrumental in growing the workforce from 600 to over 3,000 employees during his tenure.
