Dublin, Ireland, March 2025 – Eimear Hughes has been appointed as Head of People and Culture at Clear Strategy, Ireland’s only dedicated Data and AI solutions firm. In her new role, Eimear will lead the company’s people strategy, culture-building initiatives, and HR operations, supporting Clear Strategy’s continued growth as a trusted partner to businesses and government bodies across the country.
Eimear brings over a decade of rich experience in human resources and talent management. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Manager at All human, where she helped shape a people-first culture, drive employee engagement, and lead organizational transformation over more than three years.
Before that, she held the position of Human Resources Manager at EXOGROUP, where she was responsible for strategic HR support across multiple business units, including talent acquisition, training, and performance development. Her global exposure was further enhanced during her time as Skills Trainer at Merck Italia, based in Rome.
Earlier in her career, Eimear worked as a Recruiter at Sugarman Group in Sydney, and held roles in marketing and project coordination at Hooke & MacDonald and EY in Dublin. She also has entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded Temple English and owned Simply Speak English in Spain.
Eimear holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin, where she graduated with First Class Honours, and is a CIPD-qualified HR professional.
