Dearborn, Michigan, United States, April 2025 – Jamie Craw has joined Ford Motor Company as Sr. Director, Executive Talent Acquisition, marking a significant milestone in her career as she takes on the critical responsibility of leading executive hiring initiatives at one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands. In her new role, Jamie will spearhead Ford’s efforts to attract and onboard top leadership talent that aligns with the company’s strategic growth, innovation, and transformation objectives.
Before joining Ford Motor Company, Jamie Craw served as Partner, Global Executive Search at Bentley Lewis, where she contributed her expertise in executive search, coaching, and strategic advisory for leadership roles across industries. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership positions within Bentley Lewis, focusing on the Media and Tech sectors.
Previously, she was with Google as Executive Talent Acquisition | Portfolio Lead, leading executive hiring strategies and initiatives across multiple functions globally. During her tenure, she specialized in executive search, DEI initiatives, succession planning, and internal mobility.
Before her time at Google, Jamie contributed at The Walt Disney Company as Executive Talent Acquisition Leader for Disney Streaming, where she led leadership hiring efforts during a critical phase of Disney’s digital expansion. Earlier, she worked with Verizon as Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition, focusing on building leadership pipelines for business growth.
Jamie also brings experience from Amrop as a Senior Consultant, Executive Search, where she honed her skills in executive coaching and search for financial services clients, and from earlier roles at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Continuiti National HR Solutions, and ADP, where she built a strong foundation in talent acquisition and project management.
