Eliana brings a wealth of leadership experience to her role at Eduzz. Prior to joining the company, she served as a Member of the HR and Governance Committee at INVEPAR, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and compliance frameworks. Before that, she was the Legal and Compliance Officer at Monte Rodovias, where she managed governance, legal operations, and compliance, demonstrating her ability to lead in complex environments.
During her tenure as General Legal Counsel at CPFL Renováveis, Eliana contributed to renewable energy advancements through strategic legal guidance and corporate compliance. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Atvos and Quattor Petrochemical Co., focusing on governance, dispute resolution, and team leadership.
Eliana’s journey began as a Junior Attorney at Nycomed Pharma and evolved through various legal and leadership roles, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and adaptability across industries.
