New York, United States, April 2025 – Elise Pelletier has stepped into a new role as Associate Director, Talent at Karbone, a leading financial services firm in the renewable energy and decarbonization sector. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition and organizational development, Elise will be leading strategic talent initiatives and shaping Karbone’s workforce as the firm continues to drive innovation in energy transition markets.
Elise has been part of Karbone and its sister company Captona for the past two years, where she served as Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition & Management. In that dual role, she contributed to building robust talent pipelines and supported leadership teams in acquiring and retaining top-tier professionals aligned with the companies’ decarbonization missions. Her cross-functional impact spanned recruitment strategy, people development, and employer branding across both organizations.
Prior to joining Karbone, Elise worked at YipitData, a data-driven investment and market research firm backed by The Carlyle Group. Over her 1.5-year tenure, she led recruiting for data product and research functions, managed a growing team, and briefly served as a People Business Partner, driving engagement and talent development initiatives across the company.
Elise spent nearly four years at LHH (formerly Ajilon) as an Executive Recruiter, where she specialized in permanent staffing across diverse industries including HR, supply chain, and sales. Her early-career experience and full-desk recruiting background helped her build a strong foundation in people operations and strategic hiring.
