(NYSE:CCS) as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where she will lead the company’s human capital strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades in HR leadership, Elizabeth brings expertise in workforce planning, change management, HR strategy, and talent acquisition.
Before joining Century Communities, Elizabeth was the Director, Business Human Resources – Global Business Group HR Lead at Avanade, where she oversaw global HR operations, workforce transformation, and strategic talent planning for the organization. Prior to that, she spent over six years at IBM, where she held senior HR leadership roles, including HR Partner and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM Company. Her tenure at IBM was marked by her contributions in succession planning, compensation & benefits strategy, and organizational development.
Her HR leadership journey also includes key roles at Tryko Partners/Marquis Health Services, Allegis Global Solutions (managing recruitment for American Express), Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Special Counsel, Inc.. Across these organizations, she played a pivotal role in driving HR transformation, developing leadership strategies, and enhancing employee experience.
