Before joining College Track, Elizabeth was Senior Manager of Recruiting Strategy & Operations at Playworks and Manager of Operations and Talent at The Education Trust–West, where she led recruitment, onboarding, and culture-building efforts, while also implementing systems like Asana and launching DEI training initiatives.
