Elizabeth Diefendorf’s journey with NantHealth extends over a decade, during which she has significantly contributed to the company’s success through various roles. Prior to her latest promotion, Diefendorf served as Director, leading initiatives that bolstered customer success for 750K+ users nationwide. Her achievements include the development and execution of customer onboarding education and training programs that not only reduced call volumes but also expedited Day 1 usage, directly contributing to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Before stepping into her role as Director, Diefendorf showcased her leadership as a Senior Manager, where she engaged over 500K+ users for new products and managed a comprehensive back-end migration project. Her strategic approach to identifying new users and deploying portals across provider offices highlights her ability to drive significant operational improvements.

Her tenure at NaviNet, now a part of NantHealth, is particularly noteworthy. Starting as a Customer Success Manager, Diefendorf was instrumental in delivering onsite training and remote support, developing deployment best practices, and leveraging her health care expertise to meet customer needs effectively. These efforts not only drove the integration of product offerings but also ensured corporate success by exceeding goals.

With her promotion to Senior Director of Human Resources at NantHealth, Diefendorf is set to add even more value to the organization.
