Prior to her appointment as Director, she served as HR Manager, where she was instrumental in streamlining the recruiting process, enhancing employee onboarding, and driving cultural and organizational change. Her efforts also included managing HRIS, coordinating benefits enrollment, and developing effective team-building activities.
Before joining SA Consumer Products, Elizabeth held the position of HR Coordinator at Avtex Solutions, LLC, where she managed HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration. Prior to that, she served as HR Coordinator at Adapt Telephony Services, LLC, where she oversaw payroll processing, employee onboarding, and compliance with employment policies, demonstrating exceptional HR management and employee relations skills.
Earlier in her career, Elizabeth gained valuable experience in administrative and sales support roles, including positions at Adapt Telephony Services, LLC and Molex, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and organizational management.
