McFarlane joined NewRocket in June 2023 as a Senior Human Resources Manager for North America. In less than a year, her strategic influence and operational leadership have profoundly impacted the HR department, paving the way for her recent promotion. Her role involves overseeing human resources services across North America, enhancing employee engagement, and refining strategic HR initiatives to align with corporate goals.
Prior to her tenure at NewRocket, McFarlane held the position of Human Resources Director at IMS (Insurance & Mobility Solutions) in Ontario, Canada, where she served for over four years. Her responsibilities there included leading HR operations and integrating agile methodologies into HR practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Earlier, she was with Virtual Causeway for eight years, where she rose from a Human Resources Manager to Senior Manager, handling both HR and operations.
