Indianapolis, Indiana, September 2024 – Elizabeth Mottley has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Republic Airways, marking an exciting new chapter in her eight-year tenure with the company. In this role, Elizabeth will oversee human resources functions, including employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and talent management strategies for the airline.
Prior to her promotion, Elizabeth served as the Managing Director of Employee Relations, DEI, and Organizational Development for over a year. During this period, she led critical initiatives that advanced the company’s diversity and inclusion programs while managing employee relations across various departments. Her efforts contributed to fostering a more inclusive and positive work environment, aligning with Republic Airways’ broader mission.
Before her work in employee relations and DEI, Elizabeth was the Director of Supply Chain Operations for nearly three years. In this role, she streamlined supply chain processes and enhanced operational efficiencies, ensuring the airline’s resources and materials were effectively managed. Her leadership in supply chain operations played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s logistics and procurement strategies.
Earlier in her career at Republic Airways, Elizabeth held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting for over four years, where she led financial planning, accounting, and budget management. She was instrumental in developing financial strategies that helped optimize the company’s fiscal operations, supporting long-term organizational goals.
