Dubai, UAE, – Dubai Holding Entertainment and Hospitality Assets has appointed Ellen Dubois du Bellay as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ellen brings over 30 years of strategic HR expertise in the hospitality industry, which will undoubtedly contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
In her new role, Ellen will oversee HR functions across the organisation. “I’m excited to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Dubai Holding Entertainment and Hospitality Assets,” said Ellen. “I look forward to leveraging my experience to help shape a vibrant and dynamic HR strategy that aligns with the company’s vision.”
Ellen Dubois du Bellay joins Dubai Holding from Jumeirah Group, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for six years. During her time there, she led transformative HR initiatives across Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and organisational growth.
Before Jumeirah, Ellen was a Partner at Inside Out International, a consultancy that delivers brand engagement and profitable business strategies. Earlier in her career, she spent 18 years at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, rising to Senior Vice President of Learning & Development and Talent Management. She managed global L&D programs and spearheaded key talent management initiatives.
Ellen also held several key leadership positions at Four Seasons, including Senior Vice President of Executive Office Operations and Vice President of Global Learning & Development. Her journey in the hospitality sector began in operations management roles at Hayman Island, Ritz Carlton Double Bay, and Regent Hotel Sydney.
