In this role, she will lead people strategy, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with EFC International’s business objectives.
With more than two decades of HR leadership experience, Emily brings deep expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and corporate culture enhancement. Her strategic vision will play a key role in fostering a high-performance work environment as EFC International continues its growth trajectory.
Before joining EFC International, Emily Patterson served as Chief of Staff at Shapiro Metals for over three years, where she played a critical role in communications strategy and executive leadership support. Prior to that, she was Employee Experience Officer at Tech Electronics, focusing on HR transformation and employee engagement.
Emily also held leadership positions at Ducommun Incorporated, where she served as Corporate Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources Director, spearheading leadership and talent development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at CIC Group, Inc., providing HR leadership across multiple subsidiaries.
