Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, July 2025 – Emily Tschimperle has been promoted to the role of Vice President, Human Resources Operations at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). In her new role, Emily will lead enterprise-wide HR operational initiatives, driving efficiencies and advancing strategic HR capabilities across the organization’s expansive footprint in North America.
Emily brings over 14 years of diverse experience at Marsh McLennan Agency, where she has steadily risen through the ranks. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Project Leader for nearly four years, playing a key role in the design and implementation of transformative HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and process effectiveness.
Prior to that, Emily was Human Resources Director for three years, overseeing talent development, employee relations, and policy implementation across the Minneapolis region. Her tenure also includes experience as HR Manager and HR Generalist, where she demonstrated strength in operational excellence, change management, and workforce engagement.
Emily began her journey at MMA as a Client Executive, a role she held for nearly five years, gaining frontline business exposure that later informed her human resources leadership approach. Before joining MMA, she served as Account Manager at Associated Financial Group for close to six years, where she built foundational experience in client relationship management and employee benefits.
