In this newly appointed role, Erica will oversee the HR operations for both regions, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies to strengthen Bvlgari’s workforce. Her leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s people strategies and driving excellence within its human resources functions.
Before joining Bvlgari, Erica held the position of Vice President, Human Resources – US at Christian Dior Couture for nearly three years. During her tenure, she led comprehensive HR initiatives that strengthened the company’s US operations. She focused on areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement, playing a critical role in maintaining Christian Dior Couture’s reputation as a leading luxury brand in the competitive US market.
Prior to her Vice President role, Erica served as Senior Director, Human Resources – US at Christian Dior Couture for just under two years. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, including talent acquisition and organizational development, significantly contributing to the company’s growth trajectory in the United States.
Earlier in her career, Erica was Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Christian Dior Couture for over four years. Her work in this role involved developing and implementing key strategies to attract and retain top talent, helping the organization enhance its talent pipeline and reinforce its position as a prestigious brand.
Erica also spent over two years as Director of Talent Acquisition at Vince, where she played an instrumental role in managing recruitment strategies and enhancing the company’s talent development framework in the Greater New York City Area.
Before Vince, Erica gained invaluable HR experience at Coach, where she spent over four years in various HR roles, including HR Manager and Senior Recruiter. Her tenure at Coach allowed her to hone her skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, which laid the foundation for her continued success in the HR field.
