Chicago, Illinois, United States, October 2024 – Erin Ashdown has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Beghou Consulting, a leader in providing sales force and marketing consulting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. In her new role, Erin will oversee all aspects of human resources, talent management, and organizational development, supporting Beghou Consulting’s continued growth and commitment to delivering innovative solutions to its clients.
Prior to joining Beghou Consulting, Erin held the position of Director, Human Resources (M&A) at VillageMD for over three years, where she played a key role in managing HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions and leading HR strategies during periods of organizational transformation.
Before VillageMD, Erin served as Director, Human Resources at R1 RCM for nearly five years, focusing on compensation and HR operations. She also held the position of Manager – Compensation at Thresholds and Compensation Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she contributed to compensation strategies and HR leadership.
Earlier in her career, Erin worked as Manager, Human Resources (Compensation) at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and gained valuable HR experience with Aon as Benefit Operations Manager and Mellon Financial Corporation as Assistant Operations Manager/Consultant.
