Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, August 2025 – Erin Wagoner has been promoted to Chief People Officer at KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller), where she will oversee the firm’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture. In her new role, she will continue to drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, professional growth, and a collaborative, high-performance work environment aligned with KSM’s mission of inspiring great people to do great things.
Erin has been with KSM for more than three years, most recently serving as Director of People Operations. In this position, she played a pivotal role in enhancing people processes, implementing HR strategies, and aligning talent management initiatives with business goals. Prior to this, she was Director of Audit Operations at the firm, where she streamlined audit workflows and strengthened operational efficiency to support client delivery.
Before rejoining KSM, Erin spent nearly seven years as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Servant Solutions, where she oversaw finance, operations, and strategic planning functions. Her leadership contributed to improved operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and service delivery to the organization’s clients.
Earlier, she served as Professor of Accounting at Anderson University, where she taught graduate and undergraduate courses while mentoring students in professional and academic development.
Erin began her career at KSM as a Manager in the audit practice, where she spent over nine years delivering audit and advisory services to clients across various industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Ball State University – Miller College of Business.
