Athens, Greece, October 2024 – Evgenios Zogopoulos has joined T-Digital by Deutsche Telekom as Head of People & Culture. In this role, he will lead the HR strategy and initiatives, supporting the company’s growth as it strengthens its IT and software services in Greece. Evgenios will focus on enhancing organizational culture, developing talent, and aligning HR practices with the company’s mission of innovation and creativity.
Evgenios brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership. Prior to joining T-Digital, he was a Faculty Lecturer at The American College of Greece, where he taught HR and Management, focusing on organizational behavior and human resource consulting. His contributions in academia emphasized the importance of strategic HR practices in addressing real-world business challenges.
Earlier in 2024, Evgenios served as Senior Human Resources Manager at ITT Inc., where he implemented HR strategies across multiple countries, including Greece, France, and the UK. His role contributed significantly to global HR alignment and operational efficiency.
Before ITT, Evgenios held leadership positions at CNH and Augmenta, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s HR and operations. His work on talent management, employee retention, and performance management helped streamline operations and improve employee satisfaction.
He also served as Chief of Staff at Mantu, where he supported the CTO and led the HR strategy for the Tech division. His ability to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives was key to the company’s success.
