Her tenure at Epical and Enfo, spanning nearly three years, was characterized by significant achievements in talent management, culture building, and HR transformation, emphasizing her role as a strategic partner for business leaders and a catalyst for organizational change.

Before her impactful roles at Epical and Enfo, Ylitalo was part of Accenture’s leadership team in Finland and the Nordic region, where she led people experience and leadership development initiatives. Her tenure at Accenture, totaling over ten years, was marked by innovative leadership development programs, employee engagement strategies, and diversity and inclusion efforts, setting a benchmark for HR excellence in the consulting sector.
