Before her impactful roles at Epical and Enfo, Ylitalo was part of Accenture’s leadership team in Finland and the Nordic region, where she led people experience and leadership development initiatives. Her tenure at Accenture, totaling over ten years, was marked by innovative leadership development programs, employee engagement strategies, and diversity and inclusion efforts, setting a benchmark for HR excellence in the consulting sector.
