Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – EXL has announced the appointment of Manoj Madhusudanan as Senior Vice President (SVP) and International Growth Markets Leader – APAC and Middle East. In this role, he will be responsible for expanding EXL’s presence across industry verticals, including Banking & Capital Markets, Retail, CPG, Travel, Logistics, Automotive, Communications, and Media. Madhusudanan will lead data and AI-driven business transformations to accelerate EXL’s impact in these markets.
Manoj Madhusudanan joined EXL in 2023 as SVP and Head of India and APAC – Analytics, where he played a crucial role in scaling EXL Analytics into one of the world’s largest analytics service providers. He was responsible for the delivery excellence of a 6,000+ member team and driving business expansion in the APAC region.
Reflecting on his new role, Manoj Madhusudanan stated, “EXL is at the forefront of AI and data-driven transformation. I am excited to lead the expansion of EXL’s business in the APAC and Middle East markets, helping enterprises drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency through data and AI.”
Prior to EXL, he served as Head of India at dunnhumby, leading a 750+ strong team of data scientists, product developers, and engineers. His leadership helped strengthen dunnhumby’s analytics, product engineering, and commercial operations.
Madhusudanan was also Co-founder and CEO of Ziligence, an AI-driven B2B sales intelligence platform that optimized sales targeting through data analytics. His entrepreneurial venture focused on applying AI and machine learning for business growth.
Before founding Ziligence, he spent over 13 years at Evalueserve, where he held several leadership roles, including Managing Director of InsightBee and Global Head of Operations for Corporate & Professional Services. He was instrumental in expanding the firm’s global research capabilities and introducing cutting-edge analytics solutions.
He began his career as a Consultant at Accenture, where he gained global exposure across New Delhi, Milan, Dubai, and Jakarta. He also worked at Infosys as a Software Engineer early in his career.
Manoj Madhusudanan holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-Madras) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Finance & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur.
