Islāmābād, Pakistan, December 2025 – Farah Sheikh has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at easypaisa digital bank, Pakistan’s pioneering digital bank. In her new position, Farah will lead the bank’s HR strategy, talent transformation, and organizational culture as the institution scales its digital-first offerings to millions of customers nationwide.
Prior to joining easypaisa digital bank, Farah served as Head of Talent, Learning and Culture at Jazz, where she spent nearly three years driving enterprise-wide talent strategies, employee development initiatives, and fostering a strong organizational culture within one of Pakistan’s largest telecommunications companies.
Before Jazz, she was associated with HBL – Habib Bank Limited as Learning and Development Head – North. Over her four-year tenure, she spearheaded several initiatives focused on performance management, learning systems, and talent development for the northern region.
Earlier in her career, Farah held leadership roles in Canada, including Senior Manager, Execution Risk and Compliance Manager at TD, where she contributed to enterprise risk frameworks, project governance, and regulatory compliance. She also worked with Ernst & Young in two capacities—first as a Global Account Coordinator and SOX Project Manager, and later as Compliance Officer for EY Orenda Corporate Finance, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk management, and training for global teams.
Farah began her professional journey in international development and consulting, working with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the British Department for International Development (DFID) in roles that focused on social inclusion, governance, and gender development.
