Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, September 2024 – Fiona Heseltine has been appointed as the Head of People at ParkBee. In her new role, Fiona will focus on optimizing team dynamics, enhancing workplace culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives to support ParkBee’s mission to revolutionize urban parking solutions across Europe.
Before joining ParkBee, Fiona Heseltine was deeply involved in talent development and startup ecosystems as the Head of People at Entrepreneur First in Amsterdam for nearly three years. At Entrepreneur First, she played a key role in identifying and nurturing high-potential individuals to create and build impactful startups, contributing to a portfolio now worth over $10 billion.
Prior to that, Fiona served as a Recruiting Manager in Singapore, where she was instrumental in scaling the internal talent acquisition functions at a global level. Over two years, she expanded the team across six countries, launched operations in Germany and Canada, and significantly enhanced the company’s talent and succession planning processes.
Fiona also gained extensive experience at Uber, where she spent nearly three years as a Senior Corporate Recruiter in Amsterdam. Her efforts were crucial during a period of intense growth and transformation, significantly scaling the People, Talent, and Workplaces organizations across the EMEA region and supporting various strategic HR initiatives.
