Brussels Region, Belgium, October 2025 – Kaeron, a fast-growing coalition of HVAC companies committed to advancing sustainable comfort solutions, has announced the appointment of Gaëtan Bonny as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this leadership role, Gaëtan will spearhead Kaeron’s people strategy, shaping organizational transformation, leadership development, and talent management as the company accelerates its mission to deliver energy-efficient solutions across the Benelux and Northern France.
With over two decades of strategic HR and transformation leadership, Gaëtan Bonny brings an exceptional blend of consulting, academic, and corporate experience to Kaeron. Most recently, he has been serving as Senior HR Advisor at WAD Capital, guiding the firm on organizational design, leadership, and talent strategies, particularly in the context of private equity-driven transformations.
Before this, Gaëtan was Chief Human Resources Officer a.i. and Executive Committee Member at CHU-UVC Brugmann & CHU-UMC St. Pierre, where he led an HR transformation for a workforce of more than 7,500 employees across multiple healthcare sites. His work included comprehensive audits, redesigning HR structures, and driving cultural and competence-based leadership development, while managing complex stakeholder ecosystems involving unions and regulatory bodies.
Previously, Gaëtan served as Senior Client Partner – Organization Strategy at Korn Ferry, advising leading organizations on strategic transformation, leadership development, and governance frameworks. He also held senior leadership roles at PwC, Deloitte, and Accenture, where he led the HR Transformation Service Line for the BeLux region and partnered with multinational clients on organizational redesign and human capital strategy.
As Founding & Managing Partner at bonny & co, his boutique consultancy, Gaëtan has advised global firms like BCG and private equity clients on human and organizational transformation. Additionally, he serves as an Affiliate Professor at the Louvain School of Management, where he teaches Digitalisation & HR Analytics, Change Theory, and Advanced HRM and Organization Transformation, mentoring future leaders in the evolving landscape of work and technology.
