Ganit’s elevation to this position reflects her impactful journey at Trullion, where she has been instrumental in building the company’s people framework and enabling its rapid growth in the SaaS and fintech space. Ganit has been with Trullion for over four years, where she has risen through key HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Global Human Resources Director, overseeing global HR operations and developing scalable talent strategies aligned with Trullion’s growth trajectory. Before that, as HR Manager, she played a pivotal role in creating a high-performance, inclusive culture across Trullion’s fast-growing global teams.
Prior to joining Trullion, Ganit was Talent Acquisition Manager at Zap Group, Israel’s leading network of consumer websites. In this role, she led recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and contributing to the company’s growth in the digital marketplace.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Keshet Media Group, one of Israel’s leading media and content companies, where she held dual roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO, managing complex recruitment processes and executive operations.
Ganit began her professional journey as a Manpower & HR Officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where she gained foundational experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR information systems management. Her time in the IDF instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and people-first principles that continue to influence her approach to HR leadership.
