Before his new role at CG Power, Gaurav was associated with Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher Corporation, as General Manager overseeing business operations for India & SAARC. His career is also marked by significant leadership roles at Videojet Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, where he was instrumental in driving sales, service operations, and technical support functions.
A certified practitioner and trainer in Problem Solving Process (PSP) and Growing Inclusive Teams (GIT), Gaurav is committed to operational excellence and fostering inclusive work cultures. At CG Power, he is expected to strengthen the Switchgears & EPD division, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and strategic initiatives.
