With over 16 years of leadership within the organization, Gauri has played a pivotal role in strengthening client service capabilities, driving innovation, and delivering operational excellence. In her expanded role, she will continue to lead her existing responsibilities while additionally taking charge of Operations and Sales, driving greater alignment, agility, and value creation for clients across the organization.
Having spent more than a decade and a half with Securitas India, Gauri Grover has been instrumental in shaping one of India’s leading security and workforce solutions organizations. Most recently, she served as President HR and Business Head, where she held end-to-end responsibility for a ₹250+ crore business portfolio and led a workforce of more than 10,000 employees nationwide. During her tenure, she spearheaded strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation, service innovation, and customer experience enhancement across multiple industry verticals.
Throughout her leadership journey at Securitas India, Gauri successfully launched new service offerings that strengthened the company’s market differentiation and contributed to double-digit revenue growth. She drove organization-wide process optimization, digital transformation of frontline operations, customer-centric service delivery models, and operational efficiency initiatives that significantly improved profitability and service excellence. Recognized for building high-performing leadership teams, she has also served as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board on enterprise strategy, business transformation, and long-term organizational planning.
Before joining Securitas India, Gauri served as Manager – HR & Training at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where she led corporate-level training and service optimization initiatives for one of India’s most respected luxury hospitality brands. Earlier, she worked with American Express as Process Trainer – Operations, driving performance improvement through employee capability development and operational training. She began her professional journey with Standard Chartered Bank as Team Leader – Operations, where she gained valuable experience in people leadership, customer operations, compliance, and process management.
An accomplished HR and business leader, Gauri holds a Post Graduation in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. Her extensive expertise spans business leadership, operational excellence, human resources, customer experience transformation, workforce management, strategic planning, organizational development, digital transformation, and sales leadership. As Chief Operating Officer, she is well positioned to accelerate Walsons Securitas India’s growth while strengthening its operational capabilities and customer-centric service delivery.
