Austin, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Gina Ross has been promoted to Vice President, People and Culture at Baxter Planning, marking another significant milestone in her career with the organization. In this role, Gina will continue to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development, fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace.
Gina joined Baxter Planning in 2017 and has since made remarkable contributions to the company. As Director of People and Culture, she focused on aligning HR strategies with business goals, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership initiatives. Prior to this, she served as HR Manager, where she spearheaded projects such as implementing HRIS technology, developing employee resource groups for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and leading the company’s COVID-19 response plan.
Gina’s extensive career also includes over 14 years as a Case Investigator at The Vickery Law Firm, where she honed her skills in managing complex investigations and legal processes.
