Munich, Bavaria, Germany, January 2025 – Hanna Mählen has been appointed as Chief People Officer at SnapSoft, where she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, and culture-building initiatives in its rapidly growing cloud technology business.
Prior to stepping into this leadership role, Hanna Mählen served as Head of Business Development at SnapSoft, where she played a crucial role in expanding the company’s market reach and strategic partnerships.
Before joining SnapSoft, she founded HM Consultancy, where she provided strategic advisory services to businesses across various industries. Additionally, she has served as Senior Advisor at FATFREE, supporting organizations with business strategy and transformation.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on digital transformation and organizational strategy. She also held multiple marketing and product management roles at Omnicell, focusing on portfolio management and product marketing strategy. Her extensive experience includes a tenure at Roche Diagnostics, where she worked on global digital marketing and digital strategy initiatives.
