Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Harshvardhan Maheshwari has been appointed as the Human Resources Director at CGI. In his new role, Harshvardhan will lead the HR function, focusing on strategic human resources leadership, culture change, and talent management, driving forward CGI’s vision in the IT and consulting services sector.
Before joining CGI, Harshvardhan spent over 5 years at Bosch Global Software Technologies, where he held various roles, including Senior Manager HR and Group Manager HR. During his tenure, he was instrumental in managing HR for Software & Digital Solutions, handling corporate functions, and leading young talent programs.
Prior to that, Harshvardhan worked at Bosch India for over 3 years, serving in key HR roles, including Manager and Deputy Manager. He managed HR for Bosch Nashik Plant, focusing on contract labor management and leading the Great Place to Work (GPTW) project.
Harshvardhan began his career at Robert Bosch GmbH, gaining cross-cultural and cross-functional experience in Germany and India through the Junior Managers Program (JMP).
