Cairo, Egypt, June 2026 — EONS Developments and ERG Developments have appointed Heba Fouad as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), entrusting her with the leadership of the people strategy, talent agenda, organizational development, and human capital transformation initiatives across both organizations.
A seasoned human resources leader with over 15 years of experience spanning real estate, hospitality, professional services, manufacturing, and multinational environments, Heba brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR transformation. In her new role, she will be responsible for strengthening organizational capabilities, building high-performance cultures, developing leadership pipelines, and aligning people strategies with the ambitious growth plans of both EONS Developments and ERG Developments.
Prior to joining EONS Developments and ERG Developments, Heba served as Human Resources Senior Manager at Gates Developments, where she led talent acquisition and human resources operations for a workforce of more than 500 employees. During her tenure, she successfully drove recruitment initiatives across multiple business functions, including hospitality operations, while leading HR process improvements and organizational restructuring efforts that supported business growth and operational excellence.
Earlier, she spent more than five years with IWAN Developments, progressing through several leadership roles including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Assistant Manager, and HR Supervisor. During this period, she played a pivotal role in strengthening HR operations, enhancing employee experience, implementing organizational development initiatives, and supporting the company’s workforce expansion and transformation agenda.
Before joining IWAN Developments, Heba worked as Senior HR Generalist at Tatweer Misr, where she contributed to talent management, employee development, and human resources programs that supported the organization’s rapid growth in Egypt’s real estate sector.
She also held the position of HR Generalist at Xerox, managing end-to-end recruitment activities and employee lifecycle processes while helping strengthen talent acquisition capabilities and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Heba gained valuable experience as HR Coordinator at Hafez Arbitration Law Firm and HR Associate at Nestlé, where she built a strong foundation in human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance management.
In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Heba is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of EuroHub Solutions Kft., a Hungary-based hospitality talent placement business that connects hospitality professionals with hotels and restaurants across Hungary, Austria, and the Czech Republic. Through this venture, she has expanded her expertise in international talent acquisition, workforce mobility, and hospitality recruitment.
Throughout her career, Heba has established a reputation for building people-centric organizations, strengthening talent pipelines, driving organizational effectiveness, and implementing HR strategies that support sustainable business growth. Her diverse experience across multinational corporations and leading real estate developers positions her well to support the continued expansion of both EONS Developments and ERG Developments.
