Bangalore, Karnataka, India, September 2025 – EY has announced the appointment of Himani Hora as Director – People Advisory Services. In her new role, she will focus on driving organizational effectiveness, talent solutions, and people transformation strategies for clients across sectors.
Before joining EY, Himani was Associate Director – HR Services at Kyndryl India, where she led strategic HR initiatives, workforce management, and people transformation projects that strengthened organizational agility.
Earlier, she served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Talent500, where she spearheaded global hiring strategies, executive search, and talent mapping, playing a pivotal role in scaling the business through strategic hiring practices.
Himani also spent close to seven years at IBM India, where she held multiple leadership roles including Regional Delivery Manager – RPO Operations (APAC). She was responsible for large-scale HR operations and talent programs across the region, honing her expertise in workforce management and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior to that, she worked with PeopleStrong as Senior Manager – RPO, leading end-to-end recruitment delivery for a major automobile client, and at Korn Ferry Futurestep as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where she managed recruitment for insurance and financial services verticals. She also gained early experience in HR operations and sales at IBM India Pvt. Ltd., Naukri.com, and Wipro BPO, building a strong foundation in people strategy and business partnership.
