Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 — Himanshu Yadav has started a new role as Senior Manager, Global Corporate Learning at Amgen, strengthening the company’s global learning and capability development agenda as the biotechnology leader continues to invest in future-ready talent and leadership capability.
In this new role, Himanshu will contribute to Amgen’s enterprise learning ecosystem, driving global corporate learning initiatives and strengthening capability development across critical functions and markets.
Prior to joining Amgen, Himanshu spent nearly three years with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he led the capability development agenda for India and Emerging Markets and also drove learning strategies across North America. His work focused on strengthening sales and marketing capability, leadership development and digital learning interventions across geographies.
Earlier, he served with Flipkart as Manager – Learning & Development, where he designed and executed large-scale capability programs for HR leaders and business units including Shopsy and Recommerce, and partnered closely with business leaders to deliver high-impact learning interventions.
Himanshu began his HR and organizational development journey at Bosch Global Software Technologies, where over six years he drove leadership development, organization development, mentoring programs and engagement diagnostics. He started his professional career at Infosys as a Senior System Engineer, bringing a strong technology foundation into his people and learning leadership career.
He holds a PGDHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier HR institutions.
