Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, February 2026 — IRM Group, the Non-Pharma business arm of Cadila Pharmaceuticals, has appointed Richa Ahuja Sharma as Head – HR & Administration, based in Ahmedabad.
With over 17 years of progressive HR leadership across diverse industries, Richa is known for architecting people strategies that closely mirror business ambitions—balancing empathy with execution, and culture with performance. An alumna of IIM Calcutta (Executive Program in Leadership Management), she believes that enduring organizations are built when values are lived through people, not merely defined by processes.
Prior to joining IRM Group, Richa served as Vice President – HR & Administration at Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited and has held leadership roles at Sintex, Piramal Pharma, Lotte India – Havmor Ice Creams Limited, Arvind & Cadila Pharmaceuticals, contributing significantly to workforce transformation, HR operations excellence, and scalable people frameworks.
In her new role, Richa will focus on building a resilient, agile, and high-performance workforce; strengthening leadership capability; and driving inclusive, future-ready people practices. She will champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, while closely aligning HR strategies with dynamic business priorities.
Spanning a diverse and future-forward portfolio, IRM Group brings together multiple high-impact verticals—CAdAgro Business driving sustainable agricultural and bio-solutions, VetNova Business strengthening the animal health ecosystem with science-led care, the Pharma Machinery Division delivering precision-engineered solutions to the pharmaceutical manufacturing space, FMS (Facilities Management Services) ensuring reliable and people-centric workplace infrastructure, and the Air Transportation Division (IRM Aviation) enabling specialized aviation support.
Across these synergistic businesses, Richa will play a pivotal role in enabling and accelerating the next chapter of IRM Group’s growth journey—where strong people foundations power sustainable business success, and where integrated human capability becomes the force multiplier across Agriculture, Animal health, Engineering, Facilities, and Aviation domains.
