Israel, May 2024 – Isabella Lipka has been appointed as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Earnix. Isabella is thrilled to join Earnix and looks forward to contributing to its mission of providing intelligent insurance and banking operations solutions through agile, composable, and real-time technology.
Isabella’s most recent role was as Director of Talent Acquisition & HR at aMoon Fund. She led talent acquisition and HR initiatives, driving strategic hiring processes and organizational development.
Before aMoon Fund, Isabella served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Amazon in Tel Aviv, Israel. She focused on recruiting top technical talent to support Amazon’s growth and innovation.
She also held the position of Vice President Head of Israel Recruitment & HR at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role, she oversaw recruitment and HR operations, enhancing the talent acquisition strategy for JPMorgan Chase in Israel.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Isabella worked at Amazon in various roles. She was the Tech Talent Acquisition Country Lead for Israel within EMEA Tech from January 2021 to August 2021, a Technical Recruiter for Alexa Shopping from January 2020 to January 2021, and a Recruiter at AWS from January 2019 to January 2020.

Isabella’s earlier roles include serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at 888holdings from October 2016 to December 2018, where she managed talent acquisition strategies and processes. She was also a Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR at TechFinancials from May 2015 to October 2016, focusing on recruiting and HR functions.
She started her career as a Staffing Associate at Microsoft from 2014 to 2015 in Israel, followed by her role as a Psychotechnical Diagnostician in the Israeli Defense Forces from April 2005 to May 2007, where she conducted psycho-technical interviews and managed the recruitment of pilots for the Israeli Air Force.
