At Permasteelisa North America, she served in various capacities for over 8 years, culminating in her role as HR Director for North America. Here, she honed her skills in labor and employment law, conflict management, and other critical HR functions, contributing significantly to the strategic direction and operational success of the company’s HR department.
Prior to her tenure at Permasteelisa, Rosario was a part of GE Power for a brief period, where she engaged in employee relations, recruitment, and people development, following GE’s acquisition of ALSTOM Power. This role was preceded by a near 8-year spell at Alstom Power, where she started as a Human Resources Analyst before moving up to a Human Resources Representative, showcasing her adeptness in managing employee relations, offboarding processes, and people development strategies.
