In her new role, Jackelyn will lead the bank’s human resources strategy, driving initiatives that foster organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement to support Safra’s growing presence across the United States and the Americas.
Jackelyn Serrano has been a dedicated professional at Safra National Bank for nearly 13 years. Before her promotion, she served as Human Resources Manager for over three years, overseeing HR operations, payroll management, and employee relations. Her tenure as Payroll Specialist for nine years demonstrated her commitment to ensuring operational excellence and building a strong foundation for HR functions at the bank.

Before joining Safra, Jackelyn gained valuable experience as Human Resources Payroll Associate at Parigi Group Ltd, where she supported payroll operations and HR processes. At Metschools Inc, she held the position of Payroll Administrator, managing payroll functions for over four years. Early in her career, she worked as an Accounting Assistant at LaGuardia Community College and as an Intern at New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, honing her skills in administration and finance.
