Kapurthala, Punjab, India, May 2026 — Jagatjit Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Parshant Giare as Chief Commodity & Manufacturing Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues its next phase of operational transformation and growth.
Parshant brings close to 27 years of experience across manufacturing operations, commodity management, supply chain, productivity improvement, vendor development, quality systems, industrial relations, and operational excellence.
Before joining Jagatjit Industries Limited, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. and earlier as Vice President – Operations & Supply Chain at Everest Industries Limited.
Prior to that, Parshant spent 13 years with Pernod Ricard India, where he led operations across multiple factories, drove capacity creation, productivity, quality systems, compliance, industrial relations, vendor development, capex planning, and operational P&L priorities.
His earlier leadership journey includes manufacturing roles at Kellogg Company, PepsiCo, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India. He holds a B.Tech in Food Technology and a PGDM in Management from Symbiosis International University.
